Customer Guarantee and Return Policy

Because of the unique nature of our product, we realize that the ability for you, the consumer, to return goods is very important. Therefore, we have a very liberal return policy. First, we want to know when we have made a mistake. Second, we want to develop relationships with our customers. We hope to sell you many pieces over the years, not just one; and, we want you to tell your friends.

Our policy:

If you are considering purchasing one of our boxes and have questions, please call. We are a very small shop and care about every customer--maybe I can suggest something different. Likewise, you must realize that ours is a handmade product and you will see some evidence of our work. If you want something perfectly made without any evidence of human touching, please do not order. However, if you want a product that is carefully produced by people working very hard and risking their livelihood in order to make something special from a product of nature, please give us a try.
